  CC Land, a Chinese developer, is setting up an office in Mayfair as it hunts for more London assets after its purchase this year of the Leadenhall Building, known as the “Cheesegrater”.

  中国房地产开发商中渝置地(CC Land)正要在伦敦梅菲尔区(Mayfair)设立一个办事处,今年早些时候该公司买下有“奶酪刨”(Cheesegrater)之称的兰特荷大厦(Leadenhall Building,见上图),现在正在物色更多伦敦资产。

  The Hong Kong-listed group said it and several local rivals planned to expand their London property holdings, continuing a surge of capital from China.
